Your team works together to swiftly fix the leak, completely dry the cabinet, properly remove the mildew, sanitize the under-sink area and repair as much of the water damage as possible. To protect against future damage, the team will apply a rubber coating or cover to the bottom for a fresh, clean, and protected cabinet, and leave indicators under the sink, so you can address any new leaks right away, before damage or mold growth can occur. 

Histamine Heros:  In a home full of allergy sufferers, your team uses the latest allergen elimination methods and tools to clean all fabric, fixtures, and surfaces such as drapery, upholstered furniture, ceiling fans, and shelves. While your cleaning technician is removing your vent covers to suction and scrub out the first 2 feet of ducts (where the majority of allergens accumulates), your handyman is ensuring that your HVAC system is removing as many allergens from air as possible. Your floors, including under the furniture will be cleaned/treated while your handyman is looking for cracks or gaps besides the windows and doors, sealing them whenever possible.
