Do I need to be home?
No. Just ensure we have entry instructions and any alarm codes.

Do you bring supplies?
Yes—professional tools and products.  Please provide any details that may help us arrive as prepared as possible. Let us know of there are any allergies or preferences we should be aware of.

Pets okay?
Absolutely - we love pets! Please note any special instructions (e.g. do we need to be extra vigilant about entering/exiting because you have an escape artist puppy? Should we steer clear of your cat, Mr. Bites-A-Lot?) Whatever it is we can handle it, as long as we are informed!

Do you accept tips?
We never accept tips; we prefer clear, predictable pricing and avoiding awkward tipping interactions. We pay our professionals well, as they deserve, because we only hire the best. 

What if my home/task needs extra time?
We strategically plan each visit to avoid overruns. If something unforeseen comes up, we’ll pause, show you the scope, and get your approval before adding time. 

Can I pay hourly? 

We are happy to accommodate clients who prefer to pay hourly, request a personalized estimate, or call, text, or email us with the details of the tasks you need done and we will promptly provide you with the rate.

Can I actually book online and get a real appointment and quote?
YES! We hate those fake booking systems as much as you do; the ones that quote you an excellent rate and a convenient appointment time, just to send you a sales call days later, offering a much higher price and vastly different availability. 

We will contact you before your visit, but only to confirm your appointment time and collect any details needed to ensure we are prepared for your visit and that your quote is accurate (it almost always is!)

The lead-generators disguised as booking systems found on most field services' websites are at best annoying, at worst downright deceptive. Often the company you think you are booking with doesn't actually provide the service, they just sell your information to a long list of companies.  

Will HomeTao sell or share my information?

NO. We never sell or share your information with anyone. ever.
